Heng Linna
Ms. Heng Linna is the CEO and Founder of Giant Cashew Enterprise. She is a potential leader under her leadership, the company has grown rapidly and has become an outstanding leader in its field of operations. Heng Linna is known for her long-term vision, creativity and ability to create and lead teams to success.
Hak Nganrachna
Ms. Hak Ngan Rachana is responsible for daily operations to maintain a smooth business sustainability, empowering employees to ensure operations in accordance with health and safety standards, as an administrative leader, to help develop long-term strategies to track financial goals and data. Prepared for annual planning for the company.
Bouy Ay
Ms. Bouy Ay is responsible for all financial operations and works closely with operators to align financial decisions with the company’s strategic goals.
Our Consultant
Mr. Siveun Nhak
Mr. Nhak Siveun has extensive experience in policy development and the underlying national framework related to climate change. His experience extends within several sectors including food system, climate change, deforestation free commodity in cashew nut, livelihood, training for more than 12 years. He has direct experiences with many assignments related to the develop M&E framework, training curriculum for Climate Smart Agriculture, Project evaluation, Impact evaluation, value chain study in various sectors. His commitment and working ethics made him an innovative and quality focus person.
Mr. Sareth Heng
Mr. Heng Sareth has experience in enhancing the agricultural value chain throughout Cambodia, food security and nutrition improvement, business linkage for small and medium enterprises, and agricultural cooperatives. He used to work for Accelerating Inclusive Market for Smallholder Farmer (AIMS), that contribute to apply innovation practices to remove the business bottleneck that affects smallholder farmers. These practices include the use of new technology, new business models, and new services and products. I am skilled at facilitating multi-stakeholder consultation processes, value chain upgrading workshops and training, private sector development promotion, multi-stakeholder consultation platforms, and building the capacity of stakeholders through advisory skills.
